Field Service Engineer x5 (semiconductor/manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission semiconductor equipment at customer sites
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, servicing, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Support equipment assembly and ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Provide responsive technical support and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare basic service reports and documentations

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing/maintenance (semiconductor or precision equipment preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules
• Willing to work after office hours when required
• Willing to travel on short notice overseas
• Open to overseas assignment/secondment for 3–6 months, only if required
