  • Establish and maintain communications with internal stakeholder and client to ensure accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables.
  • To manage all documents for the project
  • Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time.
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences/drawings/documents/reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
  • Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
  • Review each document for conformity and accuracy prior to submission to client.
  • Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects.
  • Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
  • Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs.
  • Maintains an updated records of all approved documents.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
