Responsibilities

• Perform process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure stable production output, yield, and quality.
• Monitor and analyze process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including process qualification, validation, and documentation in accordance with required industry and quality standards.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to support process improvement and decision-making.
