Facilities Engineer (ACMV / Up to $7,000 + AWS + VB / West)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Facilities Management (FM) Site Lead and Senior Engineers in facilities operations and planning activities.
• Participate in design planning, interface coordination, and technical clarification meetings.
• Review and provide input on consultants’ technical and design proposals to ensure operational suitability and maintainability of FM systems.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate FM requirements into hospital development plans.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging FM and healthcare technologies, including automation and robotics, for potential adoption.
• Support group-level Facilities Management initiatives when required.
• Provide on-site support as part of the site team when assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (ACMV or a related discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance, including prior exposure to ACMV installation works.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with BCA Green Mark certification and GreenGov.SG requirements is an added advantage.
