• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $3500 + Variable Bonus (VB) + Completion Bonus

Responsibility

• Operational Oversight – Direct and manage daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Supervision – Lead and allocate tasks for installation, commissioning, adjustments, and equipment handovers.
• Progress Control – Monitor project milestones, enforce standards, and implement corrective measures when issues arise.
• Interdepartmental Coordination – Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and Procurement teams to align schedules and resolve material shortages.
• Safety Enforcement – Carry out site safety checks, ensure compliance with workplace regulations, and uphold environmental standards.
• Process Improvement – Support the creation of work instructions, maintain technical manuals, and manage documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Skilled in coordinating site activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
