🔧 What You’ll Do

• Handle technical enquiries and recommend suitable valve / flow control solutions

• Prepare and follow up on RFQs and quotations

• Process POs & DOs with accuracy and timeliness

• Manage customer interactions and pipelines in CRM (e.g. Salesforce CRM, HubSpot)

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on technical specs, pricing, and delivery
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Process / Instrumentation Engineering

• 1–3 years in technical sales support / inside sales / applications

• Able to interpret datasheets and technical specifications

• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple RFQs/orders
