[Gov Healthcare] 6 Months Contract Electrical Engineer (Central) #HCY

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Review & Compliance

• Review electrical drawings and technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and healthcare standards
• Identify design gaps and coordinate with consultants

2. Construction & Site Coordination

• Conduct site inspections and attend technical meetings
• Manage RFIs, site issues, and variation orders
• Coordinate across mechanical, structural, and architectural teams

3. Testing & Commissioning

• Support system testing and commissioning activities
• Review reports and ensure issues are rectified
• Participate in handover and defect management

4. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with BCA, EMA, SCDF, and MOH requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of relevant project experience
• Experience in healthcare or large-scale building projects preferred
