Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support system enhancements, project delivery, and ongoing system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for system improvements
• Work with stakeholders to understand processes and identify solutions
• Translate requirements into clear documentation for development teams
• Support project delivery, including planning and coordination
• Assist in testing activities, including UAT and issue tracking
• Provide support for live systems and resolve user queries
• Maintain documentation, process flows, and user guides
• Support training and onboarding for users
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve processes and system performance
