Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to gather requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
• Participate in system architecture design and technical planning
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate APIs and third-party services where required
• Maintain documentation for development processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in software or application development
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
• Experience with front-end or back-end development frameworks
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in CRM systems, automation tools, or internal business systems
• Exposure to AI tools or workflow automation is an advantage
