Chief Technology Officer (AI CTO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven AI Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive the development of AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to build scalable systems, manage high-performing teams, and align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology and AI strategy
• Lead the design and development of AI systems, including LLM, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions
• Build, manage, and scale a high-performing engineering and data team
• Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and technical roadmap
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of all technology platforms
• Drive innovation in AI applications across products and services
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives
• Establish engineering best practices, development standards, and code quality guidelines
• Manage budgets, vendor selection, and technology investments
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building and scaling AI-driven products or platforms
• Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, machine learning, and data architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (Python, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with system architecture design and distributed systems
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
