Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure sound financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, supporting business decisions and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes
• Support business expansion, investments, and cost management initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., SFRS/IFRS) and Singapore tax regulations
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
