Job Description

Lead end-to-end operations and administration of Azure cloudinfrastructure in a high-availability environment.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of L1/L2/L3 engineers, includingtask allocation, performance management, and career development.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical (P1/P2) incidents,driving root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
Ensure effective team response to incidents, service requests, andalerts within defined SLAs.
Architect, implement, and optimize Azure solutions for performance,scalability, and cost efficiency.
Establish and enforce operational standards, governance policies, andbest practices across the team.
Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) toolssuch as Terraform and Azure DevOps.
Oversee monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks to ensureproactive issue detection.
Lead patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardeningfor Windows and Linux environments.
Manage change, release, and maintenance activities aligned with ITILprocesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customersto ensure service excellence.
Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, andregulatory standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs,runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including processoptimization, automation, and cost management.
