System Engineer (Day 2) - Singaporean Only

Day 2 System Engineer (DevOps / Production Support) Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only Overview Looking for a hands-on System Engineer to support Day 2 operations of mission-critical systems (24/7 environment). Role focuses on production support, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform stability. Key Responsibilities

• Provide Day 2 support (incident handling, troubleshooting, RCA, deployments)

• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines (build, test, security scans, deployment)

• Support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Monitor system health (logs, alerts, performance)

• Handle system recovery, DR, and production issues

• Work closely with Dev, Infra, and Security teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• Min 3 years in DevOps / System Engineering / Production Support.

• Strong hands-on with Linux, CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes.

• Experience in scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).

• Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

• Comfortable working in a 24/7 support environment (standby required)

• Due to project security clearance requirements, only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this role.

Nice to have (strong advantage)

• Experience in public sector / government environments

• Prior exposure to Day 2 operations / production support for critical systems

• Exposure to VMware, Kafka, middleware, HA/DR

• Familiar with ITIL processes & security best practices
