Data Engineer with AI- Perm Role with Bonuses- Onsite

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI & Data Engineer to design, deploy, and scale production-ready data pipelines and generative AI architectures on AWS. You will build robust data infrastructures, advanced RAG systems, and autonomous agentic workflows using cloud-native, serverless systems.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Architecture: Design RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows on AWS.
• Agentic Workflows: Write clean, serverless code for autonomous AI agent systems.
• Data Pipelines: Build secure, scalable data ingestion pipelines with business stakeholders.
• AI Guardrails: Deploy evaluation metrics and safety guardrails for live AI models.
• Performance: Optimize algorithms for high-performance data processing, retrieval, and inference.
• Quality & Compliance: Drive end-to-end testing (unit/E2E) while ensuring data governance and security compliance.
• Agile Delivery: Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• AI Experience: 3+ years of professional experience with LLMs and agentic AI workflows.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python with 1+ years of hands-on exposure to AWS AI services.
• DevOps: Experience working in Agile environments with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
