FrontEnd Engineer- Perm Role with Bonuses- Onsite

Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, translating wireframes into scalable, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Development: Build scalable, responsive web applications using component-based architecture.
• Design Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to transform mockups into functional, pixel-perfect code.
• State Management: Write clean, reusable, and documented code using modern state management practices.
• API Integration: Connect frontend systems with backend services and APIs for efficient data flow.
• Testing & Quality: Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability.
• Performance Optimization: Evaluate and optimize web applications for usability, speed, security, and accessibility.
• Agile Delivery: Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Role Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional frontend web development experience.
• Core Tech: Strong proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript.
• DevOps & Agile: Experience working in agile teams utilizing cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
