Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET/C#, MS SQL, Visual Basic).
- Participate in solution architecture activities including solution design, context diagrams, integration design, and technical documentation.
- Analyze complex application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements and user journeys.
- Support and enhance banking and wealth management applications and related integrations.
- Act as Application Responsible (AR) or AR deputy for assigned applications, ensuring application stability, availability, governance, and compliance.
- Coordinate releases, incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, audit, and regulatory standards within the banking environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Support production environments, perform troubleshooting, and provide timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across applications, processes, and development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong software engineering experience in:Visual Studio.NET / C#MS SQL Server Visual Basic
- Strong understanding of application architecture and solution design principles.
- Experience preparing technical documentation including solution diagrams and context diagrams.
- Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application integrations.
- Banking and Finance industry experience, preferably in Wealth Management.
- Experience working as an Application Responsible (AR) or AR deputy.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated deployment practices.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Agile certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Quantios vPoint / Viewpoint application (Comprehensive Entity Management Software) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze complex application and integration issues and provide effective solutions independently.
- Strong end-to-end thinking with focus on customer/user journey and business impact.
- Understanding of IT and business processes related to application development and support.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions with efficiency and ownership mindset.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
