Graphic Designer

Job Scope

Support the Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) programme with the following responsibilities:

Illustration

• Create original illustrations and visual concepts

Interactive Resource Development

• Design and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and videos

• Create storyboards for interactive resources

• Manage projects related to interactive resource development

Resource Design

• Conceptualise and produce resources such as infographics, PowerPoint slides, and curriculum materials

• Apply design principles, typography, and colour theory in resource creation

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The contractor’s personnel should possess:

• Diploma or equivalent in Media/Graphic Design or related field

• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, InDesign, Canva

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent role

• Proactive, able to multitask, and work independently
