Job Description

Job-specific Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Product Owners to gather and document product (solution) requirements.
  • Perform workflow analysis to identify and document current and future state processes.
  • Analyze business needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze and recommend technical solutions that align with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate alignment of technology capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Support in-depth analysis of current systems and processes to identify potential technical enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with TPO, Engineering, and/or Architecture teams to create detailed system maps, illustrating the flow of data, processes, and interactions within existing and proposed systems.
  • Assist in translating documented business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for technical teams. In absence of Scrum Lead or TPO, may take a lead role in partnership with TPM.
  • Provide support for developing technical standards for acceptance testing and system performance evaluation, working closely with QE teams.
  • Collaborate with QE to ensure test plans/cases/scenarios align to the requirements and acceptance criteria of the user stories.

Technical and Functional Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of data and process mapping, as well as prototype and wireframe development.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience in process mapping and modeling, including gap analysis and action plan development.
  • Familiarity with technology execution and development processes.
  • Understanding of requirements gathering techniques such as workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Familiarity with technology execution and development processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and applications
  • Conducts review sessions to gain approval of requirements and manage changes through the application of standard control processes and tools.
  • Facilitates communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project Lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and translate these requirements into
  • clear and actionable technical user stories or product specifications.
  • Collaborates UX/UI designers, alongside Business Product Owner, to support technical enhancements of the user interface and user experience.
  • The BA will play supportive role in executing and analyzing A/B tests conducted by UX/UI designers to develop new requirements and solutions.
  • Prepares reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.
  • Presents data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross- functional teams.
  • Review results of performance testing to assess if there are areas that need to be improved.
  • Conducts market research and analyzes industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities in collaboration with TPO/TPM.

  • Expertise in preparing and presenting data analysis and product evaluations.
  • Proficient in documenting new processes and procedures for organizational use.
  • Proven experience working with agile teams and methodologies.
  • Ability to elicit and document technical requirements based on business needs, including technical specifications such as data mapping documents and non-functional requirements
