ServiceNow Developer / Senior ServiceNow Developer (1-Year Contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer to support the development, configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow platform . The platform supports enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB and workflow automation across the organisation.

You will work in a collaborative environment to build scalable solutions, improve service processes, and support day-to-day platform operations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of ServiceNow development or configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and CMDB
• Experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
• CSA certification is required; CIS-ITSM / CAD is a plus
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments is an advantage

Good to Have

• Experience with Now Assist / Virtual Agent / AI features
• Experience with CMDB governance and data management
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk
