Assistant Finance Manager (Financial Governance & Digitalisation)

Job Description:

Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional to support financial governance & digitalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance internal regulations, policies, and the overall financial governance framework
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and the effective utilisation of banking products and services
• Evaluate the financial standing and viability of tenderers
• Analyse financial data to support reporting requirements, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools to generate meaningful insights
• Identify business requirements and drive the automation of finance processes using digital tools to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree qualification – background in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualification with working experience in Finance
• Proficient in the use of open-source analytic tools (e.g. Python), visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Positive work attitude
• Good communication skills – written and verbal English

Working Time:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months
