Regional FP&A Manager – Business Partnering

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading European multinational with a strong and growing presence across Asia Pacific to hire a Regional FP&A Manager based in Singapore.

This is a highly visible regional finance business partnering role supporting a dynamic APAC business unit across multiple countries and markets. The role combines strategic FP&A, commercial finance, profitability analysis and regional business partnering exposure.

Reporting to the Regional Controlling Director, you will work closely with regional commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial performance, support decision-making and enhance profitability across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance business partner to the regional business unit leadership team across APAC
• Drive regional FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business performance analysis
• Provide commercial insights on sales performance, profitability, pricing and margin trends across markets and customer segments
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support business decision-making
• Monitor and analyse gross margin movements including price, mix, volume and cost drivers
• Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams on pricing strategies and margin improvement initiatives
• Support regional business reviews and presentations to regional leadership and headquarters
• Improve reporting efficiency, dashboard visibility and financial transparency through BI and digital tools
• Participate in regional projects and business initiatives across the APAC region

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Approximately 8–12 years of relevant FP&A / commercial finance / business controlling experience within multinational corporations
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience in a regional environment
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and management reporting
• Exposure to pricing, costing or gross margin analysis will be highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to SAP, BI tools and data visualisation platforms preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix and multi-country environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
