Project Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Project Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead design and project management for Swimming Pool, Water Feature, and Irrigation M&E Systems. You will coordinate teams, manage site works, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver site works on schedule using allocated manpower
• Manage design and project execution for Swimming Pool, Water Feature, and Irrigation M&E Systems
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, main contractors, and internal management teams through project coordination meetings
• Mobilize and manage manpower effectively to meet project targets and deadlines
• Supervise site work execution and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Provide guidance and support to workers to achieve quality site work completion
• Prepare and plan project projections for manpower requirements and cashflow management
• Submit progress claims with supporting documentation and follow up for certification approvals
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office to support project design and documentation (preferred skill)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office to enhance project design and documentation efficiency
• Experience in attending and contributing to project coordination meetings with clients and contractors
