Description
Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy.
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who is will be responsible for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritize product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in driving the development of B2B software products.
- Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing products end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience building AI-powered or agentic products, including workflows involving LLMs, automation, or decision-support systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and AI system guardrails.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in an agile development environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
- Experience working with data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics and analyzing product performance.
- Strong customer empathy and experience conducting discovery with business users to identify workflow pain points.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience working on platform products with extensibility through APIs, connectors, or developer ecosystems.
- Track record of launching products that drove measurable adoption, engagement, or revenue growth
- Proven experience working with APIs, integrations, or data-driven platforms.
- Experience collaborating with partners or third-party developers building on top of a platform
