Backend Process Engineer (Semiconductor/ No experience required)

Responsibilities

·               Involve in Backend process developmentactivities, hardware modification and improvement.

·               Undertake new process development projects forfuture technological requirement.

·               Undertake improvement project to resolvetechnical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturingstage.

·               Ensure smooth transfer of process setting fromR&D team to the manufacturing team.

·               Work with Reliability team for new evaluation toestablish Spin stand HDD correlation.

·               Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

·               Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science(Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering.

·               Chemistry knowledge to support lubricantdevelopment activities.

·               Materials science and nanotribology knowledge

·               Candidates with no experience or with someworking experience are welcome to apply.
