[PERM] Finance Manager for clinics (URGENT, SHORT NOTICE)
Job Description
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Finance team.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Financial Management
Oversee statutory and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, AP/AR.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports in compliance with financial standards and tax regulations.
Prepare consolidated management reports and financial statements.
Audit & Compliance
Lead year-end statutory audits, including preparation of annual reports and audit documentation.
Maintain robust internal controls and update financial policies regularly.
Taxation
Manage GST filing, withholding tax, corporate income tax review, and IRAS queries.
Business Support
Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management.
Support annual budgeting and special projects (e.g., system implementation).
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ISCA/CA qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
