As a key member of our best-in-class CAD Group, you will be part of building state of the art designs. We will utilize your hands-on experience in Custom simulation and/or power EM/IR analysis to define, develop and refine the methodologies and flows.
Description
In this highly visible role, your primary responsibilities will include
•\\tSupporting transistor level simulation solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges
•\\tSupporting and enhancing the custom transistor level simulation flows and/or EM/IR flows
•\\tCollaborating with various design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Technology) to address their circuit verification requirements across different processes
•\\tPartnering with design, CAD and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state of art solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with custom design environment and transistor level circuit simulation
- Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Perl, C/C++
- Minimum requirement of BS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing transistor level simulation flows and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance
- Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods.
- Familiar with custom design environment and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement
