Technical Delivery Engineer Assistance
Job Description
Role Summary
· The Technical Delivery Engineer (TDE) is responsible for technical implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of Cloudwise solutions in client environments.
· The role acts as the technical bridge between CES (client-facing delivery) and R&D (product engineering) to ensure solutions are implemented according to product standards, architecture guidelines, and delivery best practices.
· The TDE ensures that customer requirements are translated into implementable technical specifications and delivered through standardized product capabilities wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Implementation
· Configure and implement Cloudwise platform modules (ITSM, AIOps, Observability, etc.)
· Translate approved functional specifications into system configuration
· Build workflow automation, dashboards, and operational processes within the platform
· Perform environment setup and platform deployment
Typical tasks:
· workflow configuration
· access control configuration
· form and data model configuration
· automation rules
· reporting/dashboard setup
2. Integration & Technical Enablement
· Implement integrations with client systems such as:
o CMDB
o IAM / Azure AD
o monitoring platforms
o APIs and middleware
· Develop integration scripts and connectors where required
· Support data migration and synchronization activities
3. Technical Design Support
· Work with CES (PM / BA / Solution Lead) to:
o refine functional specifications
o translate requirements into technical designs
· Provide technical feasibility input during solution design
· Ensure implementation aligns with product architecture and best practices
4. Testing & Deployment
· Perform unit testing and technical validation
· Support SIT and UAT activities
· Troubleshoot defects and technical issues
· Support release deployment and production rollout
· Assist with hypercare during post-go-live stabilization
5. Product Feedback Loop
· Identify recurring client requirements and enhancement patterns
· Provide feedback to R&D for product improvement
· Support development of reusable configuration templates and accelerators
