Senior Service Engineer (AV)

Responsibilities :-

* Design and develop audio/visual/solutions including schematics, floor plans and wiring diagrams
* Installation of audio-visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling and integration with other systems.
* Ensure that all audio-visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements.
* Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues.
* Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, and testing report.
* Work with technical team to schedule and perform regular system maintenance, including firmware updates, software upgrades and hardware replacements.
* Stay up to date with industry trendss, technologies and best practices for audio visual system design and installation.
* Communicate project updates and status to project managers and clients as needed.

Requirements :-
* Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronicsf, Mechanical, IT or related disciplines
* Candidate must be diligent and possess good communication skills - oral or written - to be able to interact with customers and suppliers effectively
* A team player
* Have strong organizational skills and strong follow-up skills
* Able to complete all tasks assigned in a timely fashion
* Possess a high level of commitment and initiative
* Preferably with at least 1-2 years' experience in relevant field
