Senior Site Engineer

Senior Site Engineer is responsible for the deployment of mobile network outdoor/indoor coverage solution which includes planning, testing and measurement, implementation, supervision, installation & commissioning. He or she is to coordinate with the Site Supervisor on the day to day site implementation activities and also assist in the troubleshooting of mobile network infrastructure if necessary.

• Understanding of technical proposal and schematic drawings for mobile network coverage solution.
• Understanding of LV electrical system design and installation requirements.
• Coordination of all site activities with clients, site owners/main contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Managing the site materials request, delivery and return both internally and towards the client.
• Managing the manpower resources at site and their daily activities.
• Ensuring the deployment is according to the proposal and coverage objectives.
• Ensuring the quality of the installation and the site progress accordingly.
• Ensuring all manpower compliance to site safety requirements.
• Compilation of As-Built photographs and documentation.
• Verification and checking of As-Built bill of materials on site.
• Reporting the overall site activities and progress to Project Manager.
• Escalate any safety issues, project delays or additional costing requirements to Project Manager.
