Job Description

OAKSFO Pte Ltd is a long-established MAS-licensed fund management company. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious individual to join us as an Operations and Finance Analyst, with a focus on implementing and leveraging AI tools to enhance the daily operations of a fund management company.

Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with a small team of highly experienced investment and finance professionals. You will play a key part in identifying, implementing, and optimising AI tools that support our operations and finance functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in the investment industry at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on AI tools that can support the operational, compliance, and financial reporting needs of a fund management company.

• Manage the implementation of selected AI tools, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors where relevant.

• Monitor the performance and usage of implemented tools, propose enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in workflows.

• Support the investment and finance teams on ad-hoc projects and other analytical or operational tasks as required.

General Outline of Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience using AI tools (e.g., for data analysis, automation, or document processing) in school or at work is required.

• Experience with the daily operations and/or financial reporting functions of a fund management company or other financial institution is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives from start to finish.

• High attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the back or middle office of financial institutions.
