Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager (LTA / Infrastructure Projects / M&E)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager to support and lead electrical works for infrastructure projects in Singapore, including LTA-related developments.

This role is ideal for candidates with infrastructure project experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into a managerial role, while gaining exposure to authority coordination and large-scale project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical works for LTA infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure compliance with LTA specifications, submission requirements, and project standards.
• Coordinate with LTA officers, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Oversee installation, testing & commissioning, and system integration.
• Monitor site progress, manpower planning, and execution.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material delivery.
• Support variation orders (VO), claims, and project reporting.
• Attend technical, coordination, and progress meetings.
• Ensure adherence to WSH safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Having 5–8 years of electrical project experience in Singapore.
• Mandatory experience in LTA projects (MRT / Rail / Road / Tunnel).
• Hands-on involvement in LTA submissions, coordination, or site execution.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Familiar with testing & commissioning for infrastructure systems.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
