Mechatronics Engineer (Senior)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning, and system integration activities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

• Design, develop, and enhance automation and control solutions

• Program, modify, and optimize PLC and HMI systems

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Automation and control systems

• Electrical schematics and system integration

• Mechanical troubleshooting

• Proven experience in leading projects or managing small teams

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Willingness to travel and support site-based assignments when required
