Site Technician / Precast Engineer

Job Description:

• Coordinate precast installation works with clients and subcontractors.
• Supervise site work quality, progress, and safety compliance.
• Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Handle quality control, site issues, and project coordination.
• Attend site meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of precast components.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities required for the successful completion of projects.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Familiar with precast construction processes, installation methods, material handling, and quality control.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and basic English.
• Strong problem-solving skills, safety awareness, and own transport preferred.
• Candidates with their own transportation are preferred.
