Corporate Product Manager

Job Description

• Manage and improve customer onboarding process and lifecycle KYC process, including digitalization internal and external workflow.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements to development to launch and post-release optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure products meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Participate in various projects and User Acceptance Test relating to new functions or enhancement of existing functions of online banking service.
• Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to support business growth and revenue targets.
• P&P periodic review and updates.
• Provide internal trainings for business teams on any new products and product optimization.
• Perform other duties assigned by team lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field; candidates with equivalent professional qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking product management, preferably with exposure to corporate online banking, cash management, client onboarding/KYC process enhancement, or product governance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team.
• Independent in thinking, arranging work and dealing with business partners or service providers.
• Meticulous with details, diligent and efficient in follow-through.
• Able to work effectively under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints.
• Good communication skills in both written and oral Mandarin and English to liaise with internal and external chinese stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
