Software Engineer (SRE)

You will be a reliability engineer that will work with IT teams to provide operation and project support.

You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external partners.

• Observability and Proactive Monitoring of log files, system and application health.
• Installation, configuration and management of monitoring tools.
• Implementation, enhancement and integration of monitoring solutions to ensure proactive monitoring and improve business and operational processes.
• Analysis of data and generation of dashboards and reports for operational insights.
• Automation of day-to-day operational activities (20%).
• Automation of day-to-day task using Ansible / Jenkins/ Shell scripting /Power Shell/ Python.
• Support for reliability engineering (20%).
• Support service request for reliability section.
• Some operation support is 24x7. Below are examples of support after office hours: If there is any production incident, the staff shall attend to the incident resolution immediately. Support for project cutover

Top 3 Mandatory Criteria

• Min. 3 years of experience in IT operation automation and monitoring solution.
• Scripting experience – 2 years, preferable Ansible, shell, Python.
• Familiar with some of the platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Unix, Cloud Platform (AWS), database and middleware.
