Job Summary

You will troubleshoot and repair refrigerated containers at PSA Terminals, coordinate value-added services, and perform equipment improvements to ensure reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair refrigerated containers (reefers) at PSA Terminals, including onboard vessels, to ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate with Control Supervisor to perform value-added services such as reefer monitoring and plug/unplug of sensitive reefers as needed
• Execute equipment improvement works following manufacturers’ specifications to enhance reliability and safety of reefer machinery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support a safe and efficient working environment
• Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to work shifts and perform outdoor tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Class 3 driving license (added advantage)
