Junior Data Analyst

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data and technology, with a keen interest in analytics and process automation. The candidate will support the team in managing and analyzing data, generating reports and insights, and assisting in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. This position offers hands-on exposure to data analytics, reporting tools, and robotic process automation (RPA), while working closely with stakeholders to support business and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing data
• Help create simple reports and dashboards
• Support data analysis to identify basic trends and insights
• Work with team members to understand reporting needs
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring automated data processes (RPA)
• Identify repetitive data tasks that could be automated
• Ensure data accuracy and follow documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Introductory knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
• Interest in data analysis and automation
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
