The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will be the bridge between product capability and enterprise outcomes — working directly with overseas corporate clients to translate generative AI potential into tangible business results.

You will partner with sales to navigate the full pre-to-post sales cycle: from demand discovery and technical consultation through to solution design and project delivery. Internally, you will work closely with product and R&D teams to surface market insights, codify solution frameworks, and shape product iteration.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end technical engagement with enterprise clients across international markets, providing generative AI consultation and implementation support
• Collaborate with sales on business development activities including requirement analysis, solution design, technology selection, and delivery planning
• Act as a feedback loop between client needs and internal product/R&D teams, contributing to roadmap decisions and solution standardization

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, AI, or a related discipline
• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution design, or technical project management
• Solid understanding of generative AI and cloud computing, with the ability to assess delivery feasibility and recommend the right approach for different industry contexts
• Strong communicator with demonstrable skills in client-facing presentations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
• Comfortable managing multiple complex workstreams in a fast-moving environment, with a track record of hitting execution targets
