Warehouse & Inventory Controller, $3,500 (West)

Location: Pandan Crescent (Nearest MRT Station - Haw Par Villa)

5 Days Work Week/ 9am to 6pm (OT not required)

Salary: $2,600 - $3,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily inventory and warehouse operations
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available for production requirements
• Receive, store, issue, and organize goods in the warehouse
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records
• Update inventory transactions accurately in the inventory management system
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies when required
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports
• Coordinate with sales, production, finance, and accounts departments on inventory matters
• Ensure proper labelling, identification, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse items
• Support annual stock take activities

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations
• Familiar with inventory management systems/software
• Knowledge of BOM and purchasing processes is an advantage
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
