COMPANY OVERVIEW The company is a leading provider of cloud‑based enterprise solutions designed to help organizations streamline operations and enhance workforce productivity. With a focus on innovation, flexibility, and user‑centric design, it supports businesses in managing their people, processes, and strategic goals more effectively. This is a 7 -8 month agency contract role (renewable). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ·       Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, with familiarity in ASEAN regulatory frameworks ·      High level of accuracy and attention to detail ·      Experience in handling multiple contracts and projects simultaneously under tight timelines ·      Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients ·      Works effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and other business units ·      Experience in working in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment JOB REQUIREMENTS ·       Degree in Law from a recognized institution ·      Prior experience handling data protection and privacy regulations ·      Atleast 5 years’ post-qualification experience, gained either in private practice or in-house ·       Experience in negotiating large-scale or complex cloud-based technology agreements Interested candidates who wish to apply for the above positions, please click "Apply now".
