8am to 5.30pm
$4200 to $5500
Customer Support Engineer/ Specialist  

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client's customers and ensure customer satisfaction by
  • Providing prompt & relevant technical / information assistance to each customer
  • Gather & communicate customers’ feedback concerning product quality, delivery & services to management
  • Highlight / initiate / lead / execute customer satisfaction activities with other departments
  • Ensure & practice good housekeeping
  • Observe all safety rules of the company and at customer premises
  • Exercise safety precautions
  • Use approved, safe methods & procedures while working in the factory premises
