Service Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Service & Maintenance Delivery
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites
Support systems including compressors, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, MAU and AHU
Attend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
Ensure all servicing activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and service standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenance
Maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Coordination & Supervision
Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement
Planning & Reporting
Plan maintenance schedules and provide service reports and updates to clients
Others
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering (M&E / utilities systems)
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems
Good communication and client management skills
Knowledge of HSE standards and safe work practices
