Job Summary:

A customer-focused role supporting relationship management and service improvement through structured feedback and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term engagement.
• Collect, analyse, and document customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree qualification, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• No experience is required; candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
