Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Drive manufacturing efficiency through workflow optimization, layout improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Support new product introductions and technology transfers, including development, training, and qualification activities.
• Provide engineering support to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze production capacity and address bottlenecks to improve overall throughput.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company policies across all manufacturing processes and equipment

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Strong in Process Improvement
