• Supervise daily site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Monitor material usage and manpower allocation.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities.
• Verify measurements and quantities for claims and billing.

REQUIREMENT

• 2–5 years of site construction experience preferred.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Familiarity with construction safety standards.
• Knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with flexilibity to work extended hours when required.
