Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Director/Project Manager in monitoring and manage the day-to-day technical and operational aspects of a construction project to ensure it's completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters. Coordinate and supervise all activities on the construction site.
  • Attend regular meetings with owner/ client/ architects/ contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters.
  • Check drawings and the ability to resolve technical queries and discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.
  • Monitor the work environment and ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Effective communication to convey technical information and manage relationships with diverse team members.
  • Ad-hoc duties by Director/Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction is required for this position.
  • Preferably with main-con experience on private residential projects.
  • Preferably can communicate in both Chinese and English. To communicate with Mandarin-speaking sub-contractors and clients.
  • Preferably PR / Singaporean
