Job Description

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, organizational development, or related field

·        At least 8-10 years experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation roles

·        Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering capability-building programmes

·        Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse organisational contexts

·        Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (government/public sector preferred)

·        Understanding of digital transformation challenges and agile operating models
