Senior Project Engineer[East/5.5 day alt sat/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (BCA-recognized/AutoCAD]

Core Purpose:

To plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Project Management & Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
• Manage end-to-end project delivery and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and provide regular detailed reports.

Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of supervisors, engineers, and workers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external parties (clients, consultants, subcontractors).
• Provide technical guidance and ensure work meets client specifications.

Execution & Compliance:

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee various building works (Civil, Structural, Architectural, A&A, etc.).

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (BCA-recognized).
• Skills: Excellent leadership & communication; analytical; proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Experience: In building construction; marine sector experience favorable. Quantity surveying knowledge a plus.
