Fullstack Developer - Contract

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Application Lead, you willbe responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applicationsacross various site components while managing content and documentation. Youare expected to be a subject matter expert who collaborates with and managesthe team to perform effectively — driving team decisions, engaging withmultiple stakeholders, and delivering solutions across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components and content.

•      Document technical designs and specifications; research and incorporate updated website content.

•      Innovate and implement new features to enhance user experience on web applications.

•      Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

•      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

•      Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

•      Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

•      Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
