Job Summary
Seeking Maintenance System Engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic and network systems, ensuring system uptime and client satisfaction.
Mandatory Skill-set
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Infocomm, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
- Must have 2 years of experience in system implementation, maintenance, or similar technical roles;
- Must have experience in operating, upgrading, and maintaining Windows Server and Linux systems;
- Provide 24×7 hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end devices and central equipment, ensuring system uptime
- Strong understanding of the full software lifecycle — from deployment to maintenance;
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault analysis skills for system and network issues;
- Familiar with site installation practices, project cycles, and preventive maintenance;
- Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving abilities;
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) is an advantage
- Customer-oriented with the ability to manage expectations and deliver quality support.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with security system integration, site safety practices, and industrial standard;
- Practical knowledge in cable routing design and updating technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot end devices and central equipment, ensuring system uptime;
- Respond to client service requests and provide on-site support when needed;
- Prepare quotations, execute Variation Orders, and manage ad-hoc service works.
- Read construction drawings, plan cable routing, and update as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on installation and commissioning.
- Perform system updates, patching, and vulnerability remediation under guidance.
- Support contract administration, reporting, billing, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industrial standards, safety regulations, and maintain high service quality.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on maintenance activities.
